Matt was great - very helpful
I have used Curtis and Carder for many years and their service has always been first class. They are a friendly firm with excellent communication skills and whose engineers are polite, punctual and have a good work ethic.
Curtis and Carder was prompt and solved our burst water tank as quickly as possible. Huge thank you to Steve who came out.
A few weeks ago we moved in our new house and had problems with the kitchen tap. Within a few hours Will attended, replaced the tap and fixed the problem. He was very friendly, chatty and professional. He was even kind enough to take the time to explain how to plumb in the washing machine with what goes where and the details of how the heat pump in our garden works (I had no idea!). Thank you so much Will.
Great company, work has always been done ontime and on agreed cost. Staff are always professional wether that be the guys who attend at my property or the office staff
