Just had a fantastic air source heat installation completed by Ryan and Morgan from GreenGen. Professional, polite and efficient, we couldn't have asked for more. A new wet central heating system in a granite cottage was a big ask but they delivered. And just in time to prevent a winter oil delivery. Thanks both.
We decided to move away from heating oil earlier this year, thankfully given what's happened since, and move to a solar/heat pump solution. I contacted a few different suppliers but none of the others gave me the confidence that I felt from GreenGen. The installation guys were fabulous and have done an amazing job. We are more than pleased with the outcome. Ali and team created a work of art with our plumbing and heating system. Plus I'd asked for a number of extras and with Ali's knowledge and expertise we now have a reliable and far superior system than I could have imagined was possible. Adam and his crew worked their magic with the electrics and explained everything to me at a speed I could keep up and understand! I would have no hesitation in recommending GreenGen UK if you are thinking about making the switch to a greener solution.
For the last week or so, I have had the pleasure of the presence of Greg (for the plumbing) and Adam (for the electrics/commissioning) of my Vaillant air source heat pump, cylinder and controls, plus my 2 Panasonic air conditioners. The skill and expertise of these 2 gentlemen has been very enlightening to observe. Their good humour, patience (with my questions!) and all round 'can do' attitude also impressed me tremendously! I am so pleased that my initial positive experiences dealing with the GreenGen office team have carried through into the installation itself. I am more than happy to recommend GreenGen to anyone in The West Country who is in the market for an ASHP or A/C.
We found some of the most competitive quotes we could online but wanted to get it done by a local company so chose Greengen based on their reviews and asked if they could match the best price for the system we wanted, which they did. From start to finish they've been excellent. The installation was totally stress free, Max and the rest of the team did a great job. We had 16 panels with inverter and 12kwh battery, which have definitely exceeded our expectations. Today the system has generated 52kwh and the battery was full by 10am. I would definitely recommend them.
Well done to Shaun the fitter plumber who fitted my heat pump and heat pump cylinder.brillant job, so neat to get it in my space. And big thank you to Adam the electrician who was brilliant and managed to get National grid on board to avoid digging any holes.
