Spoke with Tom, at the Kensa Technical Support Team. He was absolutely brilliant. Concise, knowledgeable, professional, accurate, logical, thorough diagnosis provided. Also sent me a link for the replacement parts website. Outstanding service.
Tom was really helpful and patient, talking me through some diagnostic checks over the phone. He also gave me advice for what to do if the warning codes appear again - as a result I feel really supported even though our system is no longer under warranty. Great service - thanks again :)
Excellent after sales service. My heat pump is 12 years old and had a problem. The tech department quickly helped with the issue and heating back on. Really pleased to call a company that knows their products. Well done and thank you.
Brilliant aftersales .....erm 18 years after sale :). Had my heat pump installed in 2006 and ove the years had very few issues but even now after all this time technical team take the time to support my queries and to walk me through them in detail. Can you imagine any other mechanical manufacturer gladly honouring a purchase nearl 20 years later? Well done guys the way good businesses should behave.
