Exceptional service. NSN recently installed an EV charger to my property, I am so pleased with everything, from start to completion. I tried to obtain quotes, initially from more local companies. Obtaining a quote is not just about getting several cost estimates and going with the cheapest! Having previously been responsible for measuring, estimating and quoting (in a different trade), I compared the whole quotation process with my own exacting standards. Some did not bother to conduct a site assessment, some merely asked for info and a few photos, or asked me to conduct a video call. This resulted in incorrect or incomplete quotes and lengthy diatribes regarding extra costs should something go wrong during the installation (namely leaving me responsible for something being needed which was not foreseen – well they should have looked)! 1. Alex came to visit (some 25 miles) within a few days to give a thorough assessment of everything pertinent to a domestic EV charger installation. 2. Although very busy I was forwarded a very comprehensive, professional and technically detailed and correct quote soon afterwards. 3. Despite a lengthy delay, whilst I attempted to obtain a Government Grant for the installation, NSN said they would wait and hold the quote. 4. I was offered alternative dates for the installation and the technician appeared, on the agreed date; and on time. He was professional, knowledgeable and aware of everything agreed in the quote. He was courteous, respectful of my property and got on with the task to a very successful conclusion. My thanks to Alex, Lisa and the installation technician. I would have no hesitation recommending NSN Electrical.

Excellent from start to finish. The stress that can come with larger projects on a house simply wasn't there for us. All the staff at NSN (and Sedgeman Scaffolding) were at our house exactly when they said they'd be there, they were friendly, very efficient and left everything tidy after the job. The detailed information with the quote was really useful, we knew exactly what we were getting. We would easily recommend NSN for solar panel and battery installation.

We called and asked for a quote to install a car charger and within 48 hours Alex had come to our house, talked us through the process and the following day we had our quote. Once we’d given the go ahead the charger was installed within a few days. Harley the electrician went out of his way to be helpful and everything was done quickly, efficiently and very tidily. He stayed to talk us through the app and how everything worked and we couldn’t have asked for better service. In an age where I often get the feeling that people don’t care, it was refreshing to deal with NSN who were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Thanks for great service.

UPDATE: When our electrical work was completed, the guys left us a bag of facia plates for sockets and switches. These clip into place once renovation of a room is complete. We stored them unopened for several months. When I opened them, every plate was scratched. I called NSN to express my disappointment but was told, because I'd had them in my care for several months, NSN wouldn't replace them. I spent a fair amount of money having the electrical work done and the only visible evidence I'm left with are scratched fittings. And that's the reason I won't be calling NSN when I have my kitchen, utilty room, shower room and workshop wired later this year. Customer care is in the detail, not false economy. (I gave 2 stars because they at least called me back to discuss my complaint). NSN completed extensive works on our renovation project. All the workers were very professional, punctual, courteous and tidy. The work was completed on time and on budget. We'd happily recommend NSN and will no doubt contact them about further electrical work.
