An excellent company. Barry was meticulous in modelling the appropriate ASHP for our property and the installation was completed to a very high standard and conducted in a professional manner. We have been happy with the customer service and maintenance arrangements since installation. The ASHP has been brilliant in our property and I would recommend this company. I think they will give an honest opinion as to whether a heat pump is a suitable heating option for your property.

Had a heat pump installed and will be getting underfloor heating put in shortly. Everyone at Renewable Heat has been a pleasure to interact with. The team installing the heat pump were here for 5 days, respectful and pleasant throughout. The install was not straightforward but the did a fantastic job and the end result is stunning. Since installation the team have been incredibly responsive with helping to fine tune the system. 10/10, have recommended them to everyone interested in moving their heating to a renewable heat source.

I received exceptional service from Joyce and the team. Someone knocked over our condenser and damaged its base, but for some reason NIBE couldn't supply another one straight away. Joyce relentlessly pursued them and the British importer for a year to get a new one and then had it fitted within a week for a very reasonable price. The engineers then spent 15 minutes checking our system's settings as well to see if it could be run more efficiently. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

ASHP Installation process (My experience) - We arranged a callback and they never called. In the end I had to phone the office to remind them of the appointment. They called back shortly after I called the office, they arranged a Thermal survey. Surveyor came across as professional and told there wouldn't be an issue to have a ASHP installed and we would need to install larger pipework to make it work efficient. I then received a email from Barry the owner saying that my house wasn't suitable for the installation. He stated numerous reasons, but to be honest it felt like they are just cherry picking the jobs based on the amount of work required. Don't waste your time and look further a field. A bit disappointing as we like to support local businesses.

We are MCS‑certified and registered with an approved consumer protection/competent person scheme, which is essential for quality assurance and to access grants like the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS).
We carry out a detailed home assessment, including property type, insulation levels, existing heating system and available outdoor space, to confirm whether a heat pump is a good fit.
We design the system using a heat‑loss calculation for your home, then match the correct kW size and model (for example, air‑source vs ground‑source) so it runs efficiently and reliably.
Our fixed quote clearly lists the heat pump, cylinder, controls, labour, scaffolding (if needed), electrical work and any radiator or pipework upgrades, so you know exactly what you’re paying for.
Yes, as an MCS installer we can confirm your eligibility, apply for the BUS grant (worth up to £7,500) on your behalf and deduct it directly from your quote.
A typical air‑source heat pump installation takes around 2–5 days, and we’ll agree locations for the indoor and outdoor units, manage any planning considerations and keep you informed each day.
After the heat‑loss survey, we’ll advise if any radiators, pipework, electrics or hot‑water cylinder need upgrading so the system can run efficiently at lower flow temperatures.
Modern heat pumps are designed to be quiet and must meet UK noise regulations; we’ll position the unit to minimise any impact on you and your neighbours and comply with local planning rules.
You’ll get manufacturer warranties on the heat pump plus our workmanship guarantee, and we offer ongoing servicing and support to keep your system performing at its best.
We’ll estimate your likely annual running costs and potential savings based on your current fuel type, insulation level and tariffs, using real‑world performance data rather than lab figures.
