Wow what an amazing guy! Stuart the plumber! What a lucky group MD are to have this gentleman working for them! Kind, helpful, friendly absolute pleasure to have him over. He really cares about leaving the house with no hot water or heating! He understood that it would be awful to leave my family in the middle of the winter December with boiler. Like he really cared! When does that happen....never! First time over 2/3 hours he was so frustrated with himself he couldn't finish it, he left a heater so we didnt freeze to death. It made a massive difference it heated the whole downstairs. Second night he came back for 2/3 hours he tried so hard bless his heart! Couldn't do it as the boiler needed new parts! Come the third day he came with the new parts and fixed it! Whoop whoop 😇😇😇🥳🥳🥳🤠🤠🤠 my hero! Seriously amazing guy i think he was amazing really made a difference reminds me that there is kindness in the world still. 🥰🥰🥰😇😇😇💝💝💝 oh yer he definitely deserves a pay rise and needs to finish at 4 from now on 😉😉😉.

We are MCS‑certified and registered with an approved consumer protection/competent person scheme, which is essential for quality assurance and to access grants like the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS).
