Had a hot water tank from them back in 2019. Was having problems with it in March 2026. There would be no warranty or service commitment from them at this stage, but they helped me triage my issue and get it sorted out. Responded really quickly and talked me through the issue helping me resolve my hot water all over floor issue. I think some of the products they've sold in the past haven't been the highest quality, and I wouldn't recommend my ASHP from them to anyone (but I don't think they sell this anymore). My interaction this time was great.
Really prompt service when I rang to say there was a problem with my heating. The guys were very pleasant, did the job quickly, and when I needed another part, came back the next day to install it. Thank you!
I did post a negative review out of frustration. But it seems like this company does care, got a prompt and a genuine reply. I am hoping my issue will now be sorted. Thank you
Terrible customer service and awful, rude attitude. Constantly have to chase and don't fulfil promises. Cannot recommend
I have never written a review like this before but trust me, avoid ESP at all costs. My experience: £15k down the drain. Terrible reliability and customer service. Continual problems with top of range heat pump, fitted in 2019, which has failed regularly ever since. When in warranty the problem was not fixed properly and when out of warranty it has cost me on average £1k pa just in repair costs. Currently sitting in a cold house (again) when we were supposed to be hosting family between Christmas and new year. Customer service is very defensive and unhelpful - just not interested. Hardly any heat engineers are familiar with ESP, and the guy who used to repair it under warranty (Tristan) has now left ESP and runs a nice little business charging a lot to fix ESP units (eg c£800 replacement circuit boards). The worst purchase of my life and I am almost at the point of writing it all off and buying a new heat pump from a reputable manufacturer with a verifiable reliability record, longer warranty and good customer service.
