Completed their online form, literally my phone rang 5 seconds after submitting. I answered and said "wow that was quick" and I was hung up on? If the line had disconnected then the salesman would have called back, but nothing. Someone was having a bad day I guess? UPDATE: Later that afternoon, after I had posted my review, I received another call from Eco Installations Scotland. The call handler was very pleasant and explained that they had been experiencing problems with their telephone lines, with other customers experiencing the same issue and calls cutting out unexpectedly. Nothing was mentioned about my review. Taking this explanation in good faith, I booked an appointment with them for the following week. This afternoon, I received another call from Eco Installations Scotland, again from a very pleasant call handler. She explained that her manager had seen my review and, as they are a small family-run business, asked whether I would be willing to delete or reword it. I believe reviews should always be honest and reflect your actual experience, which is why I have documented mine so far. Having now spoken to two very pleasant members of their team, I have upgraded my original one-star review to three stars. This reflects the positive telephone interactions I have had since my initial experience with the first call handler, whom I unfortunately never had the opportunity to speak to properly. I think it is only fair to give the company the opportunity to demonstrate the quality of its service, so I will see how next week's appointment goes before making any further judgement.

Lewis came round to help me choose windows and doors . Very helpful and polite , agreed on replacements and now looking forward to installation , excellent service

From first point of contact to completion of project, our experience with Eco Installations Scotland has been nothing but professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Jack's advice and help was received on the same day as our initial contact. A clear timeline was planned out, with installation within two weeks of placing our order. Installation was prompt and completed within the day. There is a noticeable difference in heat retention and outside noise cancelling. We are delighted with the product and service. Thank you.
