Jason has been great from start to finish. We asked him to quote for a hot water cylinder replacement after ours started to fail and was out of warranty. He responded quickly and with the most competitive quote. Throughout the work his communication was excellent, he was professional and polite, taking care to make no mess in the house. We are very happy with the quality of the work and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs similar work done.
The ultimate professional. We unfortunately had a bathroom leak at a rental property that had been going on for some time, resulting in an insurance claim. From the minute we contacted Ecotec, Jason made the whole process so easy. From his initial polite and courteous visit to our tenant, to quoting and carrying out the job, everything was seamless. We are very happy with the finished work and would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking to have work carried out. Thank you once again!
Very efficient and easy to talk to kept me informed about the job would definitely recommend Jason for all plumbing and heating services very clean worker
Jason helped us with our mixergy tank and was incredibly knowledgeable. He is friendly, professional and trustworthy. Communication has been excellent from start to finish. A gem!
Jason replaced a hot water immersion for us. What a lovely guy! So polite and friendly . Gave us a price beforehand, arrived on time, did what he said he would do and the invoice was for less than expected (part was a bit cheaper). He left the house clean and tidy and covered his shoes and my carpets so that he wouldn’t drag dirt in (it’s rainy today). I would definitely recommend Jason and I’ve got his number in my contacts in case we, or any family members, need a plumber/heating engineer. Thanks Jason!
