The worst tradesman I have ever seen they have been back at my property over and over again to fix issues and the job still looks like shit they left a wooden pallet under my cylinder to support 250kg of weight and used duct tape that came off to lag the pipes keep away from This company at all cost. Have a good look at these pictures and see if you would like this done to your house. They came back to replace duct with messy black silicone and put cement under the wooden pallet after I had to argue to get them to come back. And then they tried to charge me extra for installing hot water when they should have done it already
This company harasses me none stop asking to speak to a Mr Roger’s I’ve told them over a dozen times that this isn’t his number but they don’t listen!
Unfortunately after the boiler install (covered by the ECO grant) we had to call in an engineer: - to fit a PRV to stop the pressure causing leaks in the flat - the wiring was left in a dangerous state per our engineer Because despite email and calls no helpful response was received as to how this would be put right.
Great and friendly service, from the office to the engineers. Very hassle free and quick service
