Very good installation from Martin and Jamie. Handled the grant seamlessly, worked well to my timeline on the ASHP, installed everything to a high standard and ironed out a couple of teething problems using the system very quickly. In addition took on the installation of my UFH when I was being let down by another installer. Highly recommended.

Martin installed a Samsung heat pump and new water tank as part of a house renovation at the end of 2022 and provided a professional service throughout. One year later and everything is still running smoothly and efficiently. Throughout the whole process from initial consultation to the final installation, Martin and team provided a high level of service and showed their expertise, providing advice on the best method of installation, helping with all the regulatory paperwork and warranties, and linking us in with other contractors to help with the heat loss survey and external installation (when it transpired we needed a 5 metre tunnel digging under the garden!). He also worked collaboratively with our building contractor to assist with installation alongisde the underfloor heating system, even though that wasn't his job (though in hindsight he was better placed and had more expertise in this area so given the opportunity again we would have arranged for him to do the UHF too). Martin is extremely knowledgeable in his area of expertise, is reasonable priced but also clearly a very in-demand person, but he was always there on-site when he said he would be, was responsive and flexible to our schedule, and never failed to turn up

We talked to many companies, MSC gave a very competitive quote and were prepared to discuss our requirements in detail and respond positively. The 12kW Midea unit that they installed is now working well. We will be arranging for MSC to do the annual checks.

Had a heat pump installed. Can’t fault MSC at all. The lads went above and beyond to do a good job and have been easy to reach and very helpful with any questions I’ve had since the install. Would definitely recommend.

I've waited a few months before writing this review so that I could include a little about the difference having solar, battery and heat pump has made to our household. Around 3 months ago MSC Heating fitted all three systems over the course of a month and a half after having to wait around a year of ordering it (thanks Covid) I had around 4 different quotes before coming across MSC, and what made them stand out was that they actually brought in a wealth more information and honest recommendations about the relatively up and coming systems compared to the others I had spoken to. Most others were talking to salesman with a course on the subject, but MSC actually fitted them, lots of them, and it really showed. The quote was reasonable and included the best current equipment where it mattered. I can highly recommend MSC Heating for their experience with these systems, and for the shear quality in advice and fitting. Both of those are absolutely key in getting a successful ASHP system working well. My house is now continually warm all day and night, I can control almost all of it from my smart phone, and my energy bills have significantly dropped. I couldn’t be happier and look forward to seeing the guys back again next year for the first annual service!
