Just had a battery and inverter installed by Ecomac and am very happy. Jack gave great advice on a change in spec and I’m delighted with the new setup of 2 x 9.2KWh batteries. Switched to a TOU tariff and now seeing the system work exactly as designed. Installation team of Liam and Connor did an excellent job keeping things very neat and tidy and completing with minimal fuss despite cable runs being awkward in my property. Highly recommended
We have been super impressed with the services we have received from EcoMac. They have been very attentive with each part of our home improvement. We were struggling with some work that had been done by another company and Ecomac took over and ensured that we were looked after. They provided a full assessment of our home, a full re wire, new fuse board and the installation of a VO unit. Each part of the works was done professionally by various trusted contractors that EcoMac arranged. All the progessionals were respectful and tidy in our home. EcoMac even helped us with financial options. Jack at the company was especially helpful in organising the whole thing and we are very grateful to him for giving us such peace of mind.
We had three different companies come out to quote for solar and talk through designs with us. Ecomac were by far the most upfront and transparent about everything. They took the time to properly assess the house and explain what would and wouldn’t work, rather than just trying to sell us panels like the others. The installation went really smoothly and the team were great to deal with throughout. What also stood out was the extra advice they gave us about things like insulation and getting the best performance from the system long term, things the other companies never even mentioned. Really glad we went with Ecomac 👍🏻
