Absolute cowboys. Don't have a clue what they are doing. Inspectors have said they have done the WORST Disaster job ever reported on. Render used in sub zero conditions against manufacturer instruction, Window sills not fitted even close to correct. Mould everywhere. Leaking roof edges where they didn't do job correctly, missing vents, unfinished, messy, if you value your home.... keep laslo the cowboy away..as far away as possible. Photos, evidence and inspectors reports available for anyone who wants to see how bad they are. Just dont think of using them, dont be that stupid

Superb work, communicative and helpful. Turned up early with kit and started work on the day quoted. Big and messy job is inevitable, but all swept up and tidy at the end of the work weeks later. Weather dependent as expected. It's been a couple of years now, and the finish is still great and the house is very warm.

Incomplete/poor workmanship & property damage. All of which are unaddressed by the company, who show interest in nothing except their invoice reminders. As if we should pay in full, when there’s already a deposit paid and no explanation of why allegedly completed areas have not been in fact insulated. Awful experience - avoid!

We had floor, loft and internal wall insulation installed in June, with grant funding from Home Energy Scotland. Very happy with the service from start to finish, communication was good, we needed tweaks to paperwork as per funding application and they got back really promptly. We added an extra wall for insulation after the survey and initial quote, and again this was no problem to get added on. Paul and Darren did an excellent job, real attention to detail and always asking us how we’d prefer things to look etc, couldn’t fault them at all and the finish is fantastic. Plus we’re really feeling the benefit of the insulation now it’s getting colder. Have already recommended this company to friends.

They have still not finished our home this started before Easter holidays and we had no communication, they have our outside wall half hanging off and do so much then go onto other jobs also house next door not complete absolute cowboys we have chased and chased and all lasso says is we be there tomorrow and never show up.
