I telephoned your company on 24 November 25 and also contacted a representative via WhatsApp. Despite waiting a considerable amount of time, I have received no solutions. I am therefore submitting this formal complaint in writing. The issues are as follows: 1. The new fan was installed in the wrong location and by a worker who appeared to have no knowledge of the correct procedure. The unit is not suitable for the long ducting that was previously used for our old, more powerful fan. Since this installation, the loft has become extremely damp, resulting in mould growth on the roof beams, and the bathroom is always full of steam and damp after a shower — problems that never occurred before. Our orriginally perfectly working fan was destroyed by the installer. 2. Water Tank RemovalThe cold water tank was removed, but the hot water tank was left in the loft and its removal was not completed. This work remains unfinished. 3. Building Regulations Compliance CertificateWe have not received the gas boiler registration documentation or the Building Regulations Compliance Certificate, which were promised by your boiler engineer to be provided by post after the installation. This situation is unacceptable. I require you to arrange a prompt inspection and provide a clear plan to: Rectify the incorrect fan installation, Supply the gas boiler registration Building Regulations Compliance Certificate. Still not received the gas safe registration we are going to file a report with Gas Safe and escalate throught TrustMark. UPDATE: HALF YEARS PAST STILL NONE OF THE ISSUES SOLVED. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I have had to take this company to the Ombudsman. Simply Certification could not list all the faults during their on site visit. Still no resolution. They are now refusing to contact me. ZOA nearly landed me in legal troubles with my local authority because of their corner cutting to save money. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
