Solar panels installed in Dec2025 and stopped working in Feb2026. Called them to fix as under warranty. Customer care didn’t bother much for the first time. Don’t even take my details and said it’s not their job. Later called again in a day, someone was really good at her job asked for information but said I have wait for 7 days for a technician to call. Didn’t get anyone till now to call or fix my problem. Worst after sale service. I would never recommend them and if you wish to experience what I experienced please buy solar panels from them

Garbage customer care. My Solar panel system was installed in July last year, they forgot to install the EV equipment. Eventually installed it about 8 weeks later. It doesn't work and has never worked. . Waited in all day waiting for eng to show up - nothing. No call, no txt nothing. I had to call the office to let them know. The Inverter recently packed in and a new one requested, It's been sat here for over a week waiting for someone to come and install it. No communication at all. Customer service ? don't make me laugh.

Sadly it's been a disappointing experience with cracked and damaged panels on a 13 panel system installed last week, I always leave it to people to make a decision for themselves but attached photos so people can make their own mind up. UPDATE after some back and too over 3 weeks and a formal complaint effective home replaced 5 panels and put things right so changed to 3 stars, the guys who completed the remedial works were decent, courteous and resolved the issues

This company lies through its teeth. Never call you back, don’t turn up when they are meant to, no explanation or call to say they won’t be coming. I paid the company £28k for a system that no longer works after 2yrs. They don’t care about you once they have your money. Do not use this company!!
