Turbine Energy have restored my faith in this market. They installed battery storage for my existing solar panels, and sorted out a load of problems left by the cowboy company who put in my ASH system (now gone bust, deservedly). Friendly, efficient and very tidy. Thank you Vicky, Alex and Dale and his team.
4 years ago we were lucky enough to select Turbine Energy as the installer of our Solar system... their Rep had been the most knowledgeable, chatted at our pace and made suggestions that the others had even raised. The only thing that concerned me was that Turbine Energy are based in Doncaster and we live 15 mile South of Bristol.... What about 'after sales service' as time went on? But my concerns have been totally unfounded because the service, care and attention from Vicky's team (when rarely needed) has always been as personable and professional as was the original installation.... it's great to be able to chat with someone and be in caring hands.
Great support for any issues with my heat pump. Vicky is phenomenal at dealing with any issues that arise during install and afterwards. Very helpful, would use again.

We recently had both an air source heat pump and a 7.5kW solar power system installed by Turbine Energy, and I honestly couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. From the initial consultation through to installation and aftercare, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. They took the time to explain everything clearly, helping us feel confident in our decisions without any pressure. The installation itself was carried out efficiently and to a very high standard. The air source heat pump has made a noticeable difference to our home’s comfort and energy efficiency, and the solar system is already delivering great performance. What really stands out is their ongoing support. On the rare occasions we’ve had questions or minor issues, Turbine Energy has always been quick to respond and resolve things without any hassle. It’s reassuring to know they’re always there when needed. Overall, I would highly recommend Turbine Energy to anyone considering renewable energy solutions.
