Got a SigEnergy battery and inverter installed. During the whole process from getting a quote to the instal every contact with different departments and employees was a pleasant experience and everyone was very professional and nothing was to much to help and explain everything. Will definitely use them again when I get solar panels or a airsource heatpump.

Having had a few companies quote for my solar installation one stood out like a flashing beacon,Tracy surveyed my property properly climbed in the loft measured the roof looked at cable routes looked at places to put the equipment with passion and care unlike other companies who couldn’t be bothered to, Tracy offered options on systems and on price it’s fair to say competitive pricing,so it was an easy decision to go with UK Energie,on the day of installation the scaffolding company first class very smooth, Roofing team absolutely perfect great job perfect spacing , The electricians once again true professional job nothing was a problem and cleaned up after themselves, UK Energie delivered a first class job at a fair price , many thanks to all the team let’s not forget the office staff great communication 👍

Good knowledgable advice. Kept in contact throughout the process. Team of fitters were great. Really efficient, polite and went out of their way to explain everything step by step. Would definitely recommend UK Energi for anyone contemplating solar panels.

Our interactions with UK Energi were great from start to finish. Everyone was polite, friendly and really helpful. Our initial salesperson, Josh, was an absolute delight to deal with - well-informed, very forthcoming with all of the information we needed to make a good decision, and gave us great continuity through the whole process. Jen was prompt and thorough in explaining everything, and Dan the electrician was great when we needed a small fix following installation. Everything was as promised; we are very pleased with the installation. Also amazed at how much electricity we generate even on a cloudy day - what a result! Pricing was very reasonable - we cross checked with a neighbour who had a similar installation with them two years ago and we got an upgraded battery system and more PV panels from basically the same price. No hesitation in recommending them.

I was interested in installing a heat pump to our old ironstone converted barn. Having obtained one quote, I then went to UKenergi who had previously done a marvellous job installing solar panels etc.. After a very detailed survey and in house discussions, Bailey, their excellent and thorough surveyor, recommended that we did not go ahead due to the thermal inefficiencies of this house unlike the other company........I really respect and appreciate the honesty and advice we have been given AND they are helping us with alternatives meanwhile. A very helpful and competitive company with an excellent team.......Thank you.
