An absolute disgrace of a company we got air source heat pump as well as solar panels back in May 2025 they haven't worked properly since day1 with promise after promise to get the problem's sorted still no engineer i contacted Napit as well as Trustmark who deal with complaints for this company. They have since left both organisations due to complaints, be very careful as if you use them you have no come back .
Unwanted emails how these chancers got my details is questionable as I never contacted them.
I've just had a new heating system fitted from the company. The heating engineers were outstanding! Nothing has been too much bother for them and they are so pleasant. They did not stop from when they arrived until they left. They have been the tidiest work men I've ever had. I told them 'I'll get that' but they have insisted on doing it themselves. Both guys have been so respectful with regards to the house. Taking their shoes off to go up and downstairs and in any carpeted areas. A real asset to the team. The whole process from survey to completion has been smooth and extremely well organised. I cannot recommend them enough.
Envirohomes came out today to install new boiller great service provided. Thanks again to everyone at envirohomes. Jack and stuart thanks
Unprofessional from the start. Zero communication with customers and just turn up whenever they like. Extremely poor service, I would avoid this company at all costs.
