Very helpful customer service desk and the two engineers visiting my site were fantastic!!
Gave no notice of when they were coming to test alarms and were asked to be quite as our baby was asleep and were shouting constantly in our flat.
Job done at my mother's Flat - excellent
Had Phil and Josh around to install a consumer unit under somewhat difficult circumstances as the existing cabling was through a poorly adapted kitchen extension loft in a late victorian building. Had on-site Phil for 3 days, and Josh for 1. These guys did a top notch job on the house, and were an absolute pleasure to have around. All the circuits were identified, the unit installed where I'd have hoped for, and at time of writing, which is maybe 2 or 3 weeks since, I've had zero problems at all. Would heartily recommend no question.
