I recently had Fairway Energy install internal wall insulation under the Warm Homes scheme provided by Liverpool City Region, and I was really impressed with the whole experience. From my first survey with Paul to the final installation, everything was handled smoothly. The communication from James and Jessi in the office was top-notch; they answered all my questions promptly and professionally. Craig and Sean did a fantastic job with the installation, especially since they had to work through a heatwave. Despite the challenging conditions, they remained cheerful and got the job done efficiently. After the work was finished, Aiden, the customer liaison officer, followed up to ensure I was completely satisfied. Overall, every person I interacted with was friendly and respectful, making it a great experience. A big well done to everyone involved!
What an amazing group of wonderful people, from the staff in the office to the fantastic workmen that fitted a new heating system for us! Particular shout to Paul the boss and a wonderful young chap called Kyle! But all of them were fantastic! Thank you for always cleaning up after yourselves and for being so warm and friendly while doing an extremely professional job!! ☺️
Just like to say what a fantastic job the lads did on the installation of our system, from start to finish they never stopped working, always on time and extremely pleasant and polite, workmanship and cleanliness second to none, explained everything they were doing and involved us in the process, thanks again, especially Tom? and Mick? Much appreciated Lorna and Simon
What an absolute blinder of a company, thanks so much for helping us, from start to finish they were friendly, professional and totally fabulous, this company deserves all the positives from day one. My dad is now warm and cosy and tidy. Again, thanks to all the lads over 2 days that installed on the heating and equipment, thanks for the laughs and banter and the friendly behaviour. Absolute diamonds all.of you. Xxx
