What an absolute blinder of a company, thanks so much for helping us, from start to finish they were friendly, professional and totally fabulous, this company deserves all the positives from day one. My dad is now warm and cosy and tidy. Again, thanks to all the lads over 2 days that installed on the heating and equipment, thanks for the laughs and banter and the friendly behaviour. Absolute diamonds all.of you. Xxx

Terrible company, shoddy workmanship and terrible communication trades not turning up ‘sorry I had a hangover’ was what he told me, scaffolding being left weeks after hindering my ability to come and go with my disability and also falling and hurting my ribs on a pole. Pipes and wires everywhere to the point my kid burns his leg in the pipes all the time There are more companies out there choose wisely very very poorly run company, probably because all there staff are self employed and get paid per job so try and rush it. I have holes in my ceilings old pipes sticking out of floors and terrible plaster work and plastic covers all over ceilings. Keep saying we will send the same teams out to fix it, I don’t want the same people back to make it worse. Trading standards contacted. BTW as you can see there are live wires taped up where they took my old boiler away and still sat there for everyone to touch.

I can't fault Fairway Energy at all. From day one they made it easy. They communicated with my landlord about having the work carried out. The contractors absolutely worked their socks off. They were all polite and friendly. They never used bad language in the house, they cleaned up after themselves and asked before putting music on. They managed to work around 5 children, 4 chickens and a tortoise and they were fantastic about it. My kids are really sad now they have gone !! The heating is lovely, so easy to use and far more efficient than our old boiler and radiators. Plus no more oil to order!! Thank you so much

I was told I only qualified for the boiler grant if I got my loft re-insulated so I agreed. I was told they would empty the loft but they took some boxes out and piled the rest into the far corner of the loft. My loft was not re-insulated, they did what is called a top up. This meant that my previously usable floored loft was left completely unusable and unsafe. They took up the flooring and then just laid thick blanket insulation horizontally across all the beams. I now cannot go into my loft, retrieve my property from the far corner or even return my other property into the loft. When I complained, they sent another engineer out to check the work who told me the job was sound. I cannot believe they would leave me in this state. When I spoke to the office I was very curtly told that if they removed the dreadful insulation I would no longer qualify for the boiler grant and would become liable for the works completed but that they would return and completely empty the loft but I would need to sign a disclaimer before they would do this. I have no idea what the disclaimer was for and having now had several panic attacks about this I have cancelled their attendance. I am left with the only avenue available to me to pay someone to come and make my loft safe again. If I could afford this I wouldn't have applied for a grant in the first place!!
