From my initial enquiry to a home visit/quote and getting the job done, you'll quickly see how professional, knowledgeable and passionate Freddie is about his work. I found FH Heating & Plumbing through instagram where you can clearly see regular before and after project updates at incredibly high specs and finishes. When I need a job like this doing (my boiler), I don't want cheap and cheerful, I need the job done once and properly. When coming across Freddie's page, I could see clearly that I would be getting quality. Upon his visit (to which he was considerate of Covid compliancy) he jumped straight in with diagnosing the problem without the anticipated 'humming & Hawing'. Freddie explained to me the issue and said he could resolve the problems with a few cheap parts and labour. I was expecting him to condemn the boiler, but he said I could probably get a year or 2 more from it. I decided to get a few quotes for a new system whilst he was here and I just couldn't believe how little it was! So much so I went with the new boiler option. Furthermore, Freddie got straight to it! He had finished the rip out to a new fully operational heating system THAT SAME DAY because I was without any heating or water!!! Just Incredible. I was so impressed, I had to take pictures of the care and pride he took in the pipping etc... I have referred Freddie to about 10 others and booked him in to sort my bathroom out - again, just check out his before and after pics on instagram/facebook! Thank you Freddie and team. Freddie and his team took on a five house install for me which proved, for many reasons, to be quite a challenge. The lads showed great resilience in dealing with the ever changing brief, produced work to high standards and all reasonably priced. Final account agreed in under half an hour. Freddie is easy to deal with, highly professional and clearly proud of the brand he has created. Look forward to working with you again 👍
