Phil did a fantastic survey, helping us plan the layout and recommending running the cables through the loft. Dylan and Kai professionally 🙏installed 18 solar panels and an EV charger in under six hours. Top-quality work, great attitude, and super efficient throughout. Highly recommended! 👍

I had a strange experience with this company. I visited their showroom and met somebody who took my details and said someone would phone me back. As no one contacted me, I phoned again some days later. My details were again taken and I was promised that someone would follow up. Again, no response so I phoned a third time. On this occasion I was told I should 'just wait' as everyone was busy. After several weeks I gave up, but I sent the company an email detailing my experience. No response! Replying to the response below: surely if the company were serious about customer service, they would contact me!? After all, I already tried four times...

From start to finish G & E Services have been excellent. Rob visited at lunchtime, listened to our requirements and budget and sent 4 different quote options for us to choose from that night. For some reason our house has a 3 phase electric system which makes things slightly more complicated! Come installation day because of the 3 phase issue we did have a couple of hiccups ups with the battery supplied but all was rectified immediately and we were actually given a bigger battery at a lower cost without any prompting from us Sometimes problems happen but it's all about how the company deals with it and G & E were amazing!! Even with this problem the whole install felt seamless and very well managed. The install team arrived on time - scaffolders - electricians and roofers, all were polite, tidy and efficient Scaffolding was taken down a day after install (unlike other horror stories I hear about with other companies). Piers has been excellent and very patient with all my how to use the app questions!! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend G & E to anyone looking to install solar panels

I’d avoid using this company based on my experience. The customer service was extremely disappointing. They took my money and then repeatedly messed me around with the installation dates. In the end, I had no choice but to request a refund. Had I continued waiting, it could have meant reaching the middle of winter without any heating. There are plenty of other companies out there that have a much better attitude towards their customers and, in my opinion, are far more deserving of your business
