UPDATE: Adding to my review because of Gas Safe’s reply. Ah, I must be making it up then… You were sent out to me through your contract with The Bristol Residential Letting Co, which I presume is why you’ve sent a flippant response back and your employee gave such awful service - because you can hide behind the ‘you’re not on our records’ excuse. Contact me directly and I can give you specific times, dates and correspondence. Looking forward to hearing from you, although I won’t hold my breath 👍 Really shoddy experience. Electrician came round to do a PAT test and after having to call me to explain how to ring a buzzer to let him in, we were then left with an all-mighty mess. The electrician had pulled out our heavy tv unit, arm chair, bed side tables, rearranged cupboards and unnecessarily messed up piles of folded linen, and then left without making a single attempt to put ANYTHING back. I don’t expect things to be perfect after this sort of a visit, but to not make any effort at all is really poor form. Surely moving furniture back and forth is a basic part of the job - if you can move it out, you can move it back. Screams arrogance and laziness, so if you value respect I’d avoid these guys like the plague.
Rubbish company. Attempted repairs done based on guess work, and charged for it. Got someone else to correctly diagnose and fix fault, first time ! Rip off merchants. Don't use these con artists. They've now responded to the wrong person. On the third visit the engineer tried to tell me that i needed a new boiler. The boiler is working absolutely fine after a £30 part was fitted. Gas Safe are no better than Mathisons who also tried to sell me a new boiler. And just to add, i paid all of my bills to gas safe, in full. Money for nothing.
We been using gas safe company for over 6 years. Super reliable, great prices. Steve and his team delivers excellent skills and is very quick to attend to all our sites.
Fantastic work from the team planning and installing my heat pump and solar system and then the touch up works afterwards. Excellent communication and a very high standard of work. Many thanks.
