Excellent service. I spoke with Sam at the office who was entirely professional and courteous. He swiftly arranged an engineer to come and fix my boiler with no hassle. As a woman, I worried i would be "fobbed off" but was treated with the utmost respect. I cannot recommend this company enough as they were thoroughly efficient.

I was very disappointed in the service and especially the rudeness of the Operation Manager. The engineer came out to try and get my heating on which he did initally but I tried to turn the brads on later in the evening they wouldnt heat up. I said perhaps I need a power flush and that was.planned for today. The engineer arrived at 8am and after a while I was told that the machine wasn't working. He then had to return to Reigate to pick up another one. Needless to say by this point I was fuming.pointith both these experiences
