Craig and the team did a fantastic job installing a new heat pump in our home. From the beginning with the initial survey, Craig was brilliant at answering (even the most stupid) questions. It is a big decision to switch over from an oil system, and the survey was very detailed and very clear. The team fitted the heat pump, the tank and changed / switched a large proportion of the radiators while we were away on holiday. I have no idea how they did so much work in just a week. The house was spotless when we got home and every member of the team showed great consideration for the property. The heat pump is great! Very quiet, loads of hot water and the tank in the garage looks like an art installation. Early days but it also seems to be super economical too. Craig came as a personal recommendation to me and I have no hesitation in recommending him and every member of his team. A great job from start to finish Thank you all

We needed help assessing our existing GSHP system and understanding its condition and settings. The engineer carried out a thorough inspection and clearly explained how the system works and what could be improved. From the office team to the engineer on site, everyone was knowledgeable and professional. The engineer was especially helpful and took the time to answer all our questions. We felt supported and well informed throughout the process and would confidently recommend this company to friends and colleagues.

We would highly recommend Craig and his team. We had an issue with our heating which ran on a NIBE system with Air Source Heat Pump, and previously sought advice and had services from numerous different companies, all of which didn’t seem to deliver or fully understand the set-up! However, the engineer sent (Dale) was fantastic, identified the issue in minutes and promptly replaced the part. He then went above and beyond to check our settings and found a few key things that mean our system will run so much more efficiently. He was a real expert! Their communications were superb and pricing really clear, including Dale running through the cost of parts/labour etc before going ahead. We will definitely use these guys again and recommend them without hesitation!

Another year has passed so quickly. As always 10 out of 10 service provided by Craig and his team of professional service engineers. Thank you once again for your reminder service provided to your customers for annual boiler service. Your engineers are always polite, courteous, and a pleasure to deal with. Always asking pertinent questions regarding boiler issues, if any. 'Dale' arrived and quickly got to work, explained what needed to be done and did the job. Always a pleasure to deal with engineers and I don't pass out when I receive the invoice. Guys keep up the excellent work you all do. Thank you from a very satisfied customer

At last - someone who knows and understands Airsource systems. Having had numerous issues and error messages on our unit Craig came in, reset everything and ever since it has worked properly without any problems AND our electricity bill reduced enormously!! As advised we have just had the unit serviced and the lad that came in was extremely thorough, checking everything both inside and out. We promptly received a report following the service so have information on how the unit it working. A very fairly priced bill for an excellent service. Thank you
