Engineer was really helpful tidy and did a good job
Genuinely great experience despite some hiccups outside of Glowgreen’s control. These hiccups are what really showed just how great the team working there is. Long story short, the courier decided to steal half the package and use the boiler for rugby practice. We are not talking about a couple of dents. It was dropped hard enough to twist the chassis and bend the entire top, effectively writing the new boiler off. So there we were, the wrong side of lunchtime with nothing to fit and an engineer arriving the next day. I prepared myself for bad news and it did not come. Both Ryan and Bart, and I am sure a few others, worked miracles and arranged a special courier to bring a whole new pallet of kit the next morning. I am normally quite anxious when things go wrong and are outside my control, but I genuinely felt those two had everything under control. They were not going to let me down. They were clearly great at their jobs. Install day and Sajjad turns up. Honestly one of the nicest tradies I have met. He took a lot of time to explain things, was polite, tidied up, and despite a final problem again outside Glowgreen’s control, the new courier dented the flue, he did not get grumpy once. Keep him and use him for as many customers as you can. He is a credit to your company. I do not normally write long reviews, but everyone at Glowgreen genuinely made a horrible experience of a boiler being condemned and rushing to find a replacement a pain free experience. Thank you all, and I will recommend you to everyone, as long as Sajjad is the installer. And no, he has not paid me or asked me to say that.
Amazing service from start to finish. Had few quotes for new boiler and GlowGreen was cheapest I could find. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
The whole experience from the first phone call to passing on our paperwork was carried out professionally and they were the best value out of the four companies we contacted.
From the start the whole experience of the ordering through to the actual installation was send to none. I would recommend them to anyone and completed within three days with one day installation.
