Absolutely outstanding work by Lukasz – highly recommended! I recently had Lukasz carry out a full package of plumbing works and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The job included: • Installation of a new 25mm water main from the meter to the house • Separation of the supply into three dedicated lines (drinking water tap, boiler supply, and a 10-metre garden line) • Professional installation of a new water softener • Fitting of a new bathroom shower mixer • Complete installation of a brand-new boiler plus 9 new radiators Everything was completed to a very high standard. Lukasz was punctual, tidy, professional and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. The work was clean, the pipework is neat, and the whole system is running perfectly. He explained everything clearly and made sure I was happy at every stage. It’s rare to find a plumber who combines excellent technical skill with such a straightforward, reliable attitude. The finished job looks great and works even better. Would not hesitate to use Lukasz again and would strongly recommend him to anyone needing plumbing or heating work.

I am so glad I appointed Lucasz (LW Pipe and his team)! I had an old ASHP decommissioned and a new ASHP with a Thermal Battery installed in 4 days. I highly recommend Łukasz as a plumber. He has helped me on a number of occasions, dealing with various issues with my old boiler, and he was always polite, prompt, and quick to find the right solution. Recently, he replaced my boiler with a new one, and I’m extremely happy with how efficient, clean, and professional his work was. On top of that, he replaced the radiator valves and cleared a blocked drainage pipe in the garden. Above all, Łukasz is very kind and respectful, always mindful when working in someone’s home. A truly reliable and trustworthy professional.
