Fantastic service from start to finish! The team provided excellent support throughout my mum's grant application for a new boiler/ insulation. Communication from the team especially Marcus and Nneka was excellent always friendly, supportive, and quick to answer any questions. The tradespeople were professional and polite, carrying out all work with absolutely minimal disruption. Thank you. Highly recommended!

From my initial enquiry, the assessment and loft insulation were completed within a few weeks. Louis and Harry were pleasant and professional, they put protection on the carpets and showed photographs of the new insulation . After this I had ventilation fans fitted in the kitchen/bathroom and thermostats fitted on all the radiators . The work was neat , the modern fans are quiet and look good. Amal and Jay ( sorry if name not correct) were courteous and chilled and went the extra mile. Thanks all.

I would like to leave a review in regards to the experience of dealing with GoGreen Alliance I simply cannot rate this company high enough. I have 2 elderly parents both in their mid 80’s. My father recently had major surgery and during his recovery in hospital the central gas blow heating system decided to break down leaving my mother without any heating in mid November. I was given GOGreens number by an heating engineer who services the system and told to apply for a grant to help my parents situation as the current heating system is obsolete and possibly could not be fixed I rang GoGreen Alliance on the Wednesday and after a brief telephone conversation they had arranged to send their surveyor by Friday. The surveyor came and made all the necessary thorough checks through the house to see if they were eligible for a grant to fix new central heating throughout and roof insulation A couple of days later we had a telephone call from Marcus to inform us my parents were eligible for the grant and due to their circumstances ( age and no heating ) he would make them a priority. From the initial visit by the surveyor until the installation of new central heating ( radiators and a new boiler ) by the friendly heating engineer brothers and the roof insulation took a total of 2 weeks. Simply amazing. I can’t thank this company enough on behalf of my parents and it really was a time when Christmas came early.
