Excellent service by Robbie
Greenfields have recently installed our new bathroom. A job which took longer and threw up more problems than originally anticipated. The lads on site were positive, conscientious, professional and extremely patient in the face of a number of difficult and unexpected issues, especially Robbie who we would like to particularly thank for his hard work. Jessica in the office was approachable and we felt she always had our best interest at heart when we talked to her. Thank you to everyone involved.
The team at Greenfields are always helpful. They not only service my ground source heat pump but have been a useful source of knowledge and advice in the past. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
Will did a brilliant job servicing our boiler this morning. He was punctual, professional, and had a lovely, jolly attitude. He was also incredibly patient and kind with my Dad. Highly recommended!
Professional service is easy to deal with and does the job well. Far superior to the previous cowboys. Plumber Robbie diagnosed the problem accurately and he tried all he knew to fix it. I really appreciate that, even if it was 'unfixable'. He gave really clear explanations of the issues and had the patience to explain the his workings. The new heat pump installation went smoothly with Robbie and Nigel who went the extra mile to complete the work on time. The office backup of Jess, Rachel and Sarah are excellent at the admin side so all goes smoothly including the provision of extensive documentation for the new system. I would be happy to recommend Greenfields based on my experience.
