I took my Bush srp51 record player and twinned stereo speaker in for servicing. I was met with "old school" courtesy and made to feel very welcome in the store on this my first visit. My Record player was checked all over and serviced within a week and I was called as promised to collect it collect
Excellent customer service hasn’t died!! After nearly 20yrs it was time to change our Pioneer tv, old faithful had had a hard life. TV that is! Enter Chapman’s. Big thanks Tyler for walking ‘Us’ through the present tv technology and your very professional approach. The help and advice was above and beyond, quite rare in this day and age. This was Cusomer service at its very best. Many thanks also to Derick and team for making our ‘journey’ so pleasant. And we are,very pleased with our new tv! I highly recommend Chapman’s Electrical.
