We were left in the lurch by Avanti gas when they stopped our bulk tank deliveries. We had to replace our elderly LPG cooker with a bottled gas supply in winter at the worst time of year. Karen in the office helped us to arrange getting our replacement fitted. Tyler and his colleague arrived Thursday and within hours we were up and cooking again. They were a credit to the company. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lakeland Gas to anyone. It is so nice to have someone turn up when they say they will and do a good job with no fuss.

Excellent service from Lakeland gas. Everything ran like clockwork, from the first phone call to book an appointment for a leak on my boiler, to the invoice arriving. Communication was outstanding, with emails confirming the appointment, reminders, telling you when they are on their way and arriving bang on time. Mark arrived, discovered the problem, had the part he needed in his van and the boiler was fixed in half an hour. The invoice arrived by email the same day, was paid same day and i can't thank them enough for thier efficient, professional and friendly service. Will definitely be recommending them to friends and family.

Mark at Lakeland Gas was great. He fixed the radiator really quickly and sorted out the issue with our gas fire efficiently. He was friendly and polite and I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again. He was quick to answer all messages.

Recently had an lpg boiler service and a repair. The service was excellent, which I knew it would be, having had my boiler serviced by Lakeland Gas since the warranty expired a couple of years ago. Their staff are friendly, prompt and expert at what they do. They are also one of the very few companies that service lpg systems.
