5☆ service! Completed service on my boiler and air source heat pump. No issues and amazing work. Would definitely recommend.
I had an issue with my heat pump which caused me to have no heating three days before Christmas, after contacting Greenstar and after a few discussions with the engineer it turned out to be a relatively simple issue to resolve, which I could do myself. Giles saved me a considerable amount of money as I was trying to get an engineer from other companies to visit, impossible over the Xmas period. Excellent advice, excellent customer care.
I can’t comment on the quality of their work, but they appeared to have little respect for my time as they cancelled the appointment to service my heat pump system twice in a row, both times on the day they were due to attend. I know this seems to be the norm these days but I couldn’t risk another wasted day so the search for a heat pump engineer continues…
Solar Panel installation and servicing our Air Source heating system.
Work carried out was disappointing, unable to fix problem had to use another contractor complete. Kept removed parts & would not return them. Difficult to contact, does not communicate
