Impact Services have just completed the installation of a 8.6Kw PV system on our garage roof. We are very happy with the installation and the whole process from start to finish was carried out very professionally with courteous staff, both office and site based. The installation was carried out within months of the agreement being signed and communication from Impact Services throughout was great. We cannot recommend Impact Services highly enough.
Just had complete solar installation carried out with sigenergy batteries. The team were easy to communicate with and friendly,They explained the whole job to me and how it all worked, and talked me through the app on the mobile. They were very proffesional. The work was very clean and tidy all rubbish cleared and removed. Would happily use them again.
Absolutely terrible experience, a key accounts manager who works for this company needs customer service training. She was in contact via email, extremely pushy, she failed to listen to our requests numerous times. We wouldn't recommend this company and have refused them access to the property and let the landlord know.
Every step of the way, Impact have been friendly, professional and knowledgeable. This goes for both the office and the guys who do the installation. Nothing is too much trouble and there is always someone at the end of the phone. System is doing everything I had hoped for and I cannot recommend them more highly.
Impact quoted me a competitive price and completed the install on schedule and to a high standard. Unlike other companies I contacted, they were happy to add an extra battery to a system that they didn't install. Everything went well and the battery is working fine.
