This company was recommended to me by my son, who had an installation done in 2019. From start to finish, Impact have been superbly efficient. From the surveyor, through the office/admin team, to the installation team, they have provided a level of service that is rarely seen today, at a price that was extremely reasonable for the level of equipment and service provided. I watched the whole installation, some of which I am familiar with, and was impressed by the level of organisation and the quality of workmanship throughout. The installers were friendly, efficient, informative and the kind of people I would be happy to employ. I am confident that the company will provide a proper support service if I should need it, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. It is everyone's duty, in whatever industry, to do a good days work and a professional job, but sadly this doesn't always happen. The surveyor was friendly and knowledgeable. The roofers were friendly and did a great job. The electricians were great and efficient. It is unusual to state that the entire end to end process was of a high quality. I have confidence that this company would rectify any issues if they did arrive.

From start to finish Impact have been excellent and very accommodating. Always willing to answer my many questions and change the project design to suit. The teams that worked on site were also excellent, very polite and tidied up nicely after the work was complete. James and the team fitted the panels while Andy and his assistant sorted all the electrics out. Again, onsite the teams were very accommodating to our wishes. Highly recommended.
