If it wasn't for Guy I would have had a major breakdown on my boiler. Haveing just had a serviced by another company. They left a mode on which makes my boiler come on During the night. Eco mode. Keeps water warm. Thought it was a fault so rung Guy. He cleaned loads of metalic material ot of my boiler and said it has never been serviced. When I complained to the other company about this today after they runng me 3 times for the next annual service and I eventually answered and I explained Guy cleaned the pipes out in his service. They just said we don't do pipes on a service 😒 Guy is the best. He sorted my parents house also. He is extremely knowledgeable and has a passion for what he does. A fantastic tradesman.

I am so happy to have found this company, I was keen to find a reliable local plumber & went with Guy Batley Plumbing purely from Google reviews. From my initial contact with Emma to Leahton arriving early to connect a new sink & tap, I am so impressed by their professional & friendly approach. Leahton's work was brilliant, he is a pleasure to have around, super tidy and clearly takes great pride in his work. How refreshing! Great customer care - thank you!

Absolutely fantastic service ! I had trouble with my ASHP being in error mode. Guy came out and solved the error, did a service and a system flush. The whole team from admin staff to the workers were so amazing and professional. Can’t recommend them enough.

Easy to book an appointment and everytime they were right on time. Guy went above and beyond by taking my phone call on the weekend to troubleshoot on an UFH installation that was done on Friday. He then promptly came out to the property on Monday and stayed late into the evening to fully resolve the issue. Knowledgeable and didn't mind going over my (silly) queries again and again. He also gave me helpful advice on what can be done to improve things going forward. Highly recommend!
