On our ground source heating system, having been let down on service and fault finding by both the original installer and another heat pump company I contacted Heat Tech. From the original contact to engineer visit and follow up I can only say they are an excellent company to deal with. The fault was diagnosed, fixed and the system has run perfectly since. Heat Pump Tech were a delight to deal with and very customer focused. They undertook a complete energy-loss survey of our house and then made recommendations on the heat pump system. They replaced our radiators with little fuss and no mess, and then efficiently fitted a Panasonic heat pump system. We are delighted with their service.

Heat Pump Tech have helped me with my heat pump both when the compressor failed and when I had a faulty Pressure Relief Valve. They might not be the cheapest but they offer unrivaled knowledge and expertise. Must plumbers and gas engineers know nothing about heat pumps so will be unable to help with heat pumps. Unlike these guys who will quickly resolve your issues.

Thank you Heat Pump Tech. I had my Nibi F1145 ground source heat pump Install 10 years ago. Although the Installer did an extremely good job, he wasn’t interested in coming back. Since then, I’ve struggled to find a competent person or company to look after the equipment. Heat Pump Tech is the first company in 10 years that has been able to explain to me how the system functions and to get it working properly. I cannot praise them enough and would highly recommend you use their services. The engineer’s experience and knowledge shown through, for example, he explained that (and subsequently adjusted) my factory setting was set so that if the outside temperature climb above 17° C then the central heating switched off and would not come back on for 24 hours, regardless of the Inside temperature! !!! 🤔 You can imagine the problems that has caused me over the years with our changeable maritime climate being hot and sunny one day then storms and gales the next . 🫤
