I have had a new boiler fitted. The service was excellent. Very professional and very competent fitters. I would highly recommend them. Everything was left spotless. Great job.
We were very impressed with the professionalism of the Northern Heatlink team throughout the entire process, from the initial quote through to the installation. The administration team responded to all of my questions super-quickly, which was a breath of fresh air compared to other companies. I'd highly recommend them.
We have used this firm on numerous occasions for boiler servicing, repairs and replacement. We have also recently used them to replace radiators with a modern type and the staff really helpful to find the right type and size. The fitters were very quick, efficient and very polite, and did a fantastic job.
Attended to our boiler promptly and provide a through assessment of the system to assess what the issue was. Northern then offered a number of solutions which we really appreciated and no hard sell to push expensive options. Would recommend Northern anytime and wouldn’t hesitate calling again if I needed to. Great service.
Excellent job replacing and moving our boiler. Team were professional and friendly, arriving on time and did a great job. Decent price for an excellent job.
