Ricky is the man for all of your plumbing and heating needs - he has great knowledge of many systems and is able to help in a wide variety of ways. He is also great at communication and carries out his work with integrity and care for his customers. He installed a Vaillant heat pump system in for us and the install was very tidy and there was very little disruption in the house. We are very glad a local friend told us about Heatworks.
Ricky installed our new boiler. He provided a friendly, fast and efficient service. Thanks Ricky your knowledge and expertise was truly appreciated.
We recently had a full gas installation with a new boiler and radiators fitted by Ricky and his team and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the service from start to finish. The quote was very fair and reasonable, everything was explained clearly, and we were told exactly when the work would be carried out and how long it would take. They turned up when they said they would every day, worked hard, and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. Nothing was too much trouble, and Ricky has even come back afterwards to sort a couple of little things without any issues at all. It’s rare these days to find people so reliable, professional, and easy to deal with. We would highly recommend Ricky and his team to anyone looking for plumbing, heating, boiler or gas work. Excellent service all round. :::
Super satisfied. Ricky responds promptly to any questions and installed Boiler when agreed, no fuss and no mess. Highly recommended
I was referred to Heatworks by another satisfied customer. Ricky proved to be every bit as good as we hoped for. His communication, advice, quotation and subsequent boiler fitting were all first class. He and Elliott were very motivated, reliable and highly professional throughout the process. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Heatworks.
