We have been with South West Plumbing Services for many years. They offer an unparalleled level of expertise and reliability. They have had to work with complicated systems at our farm, from underfloor heating which was not optimally deployed when house was built, solar panels that heat water, addressed emergencies, including a water leak on Xmas eve! Most recently Andrej came to install a state of the art air-conditioning unit which cools, heats, dries and something else - I am still learning about its many functions. The installation was efficient, clean, minimal disruption. They also previously installed electric showers, I can’t even recall all the jobs they have done for us. The office staff are incredibly efficient and polite, you can always get them to answer the phone, when needed they would write an email and on occasion I neglect to pay a bill, they just remind me nicely. Roger Mardon who owns the company is himself an amazing plumber, Jerry has done a lot for us and lately it’s been Andrej who spent lots of time researching and thinking through the best solution for a part of the house where condensation was a problem. Just can’t have enough praise for this company.

Their engineer did a fantastic job installing our boiler. After completing the installation, he also gave a thorough handoff of its operational details with me as well. We have a service contract with SWPSL and genuinely appreciate their service. Very professional and highly recommmended!

Fantastic company, came out extremely promptly on 23rd and Christmas Eve to fix my Mum's toilet that suddenly started leaking and caused water pouring through their kitchen ceiling. The plunbers who attended were very polite and attentive to stressed elderly parents and extremely appreciate their help during festive season when many plumbers are unavailable. They managed to not damage the tiles that needed removing and coming back to make good the area when it is properly dried out. Their prices were also extremely reasonable.

Excellent company from the office staff to the engineers. Just had Air Con installed and they could not have been quicker or more efficient. The engineers and electrician are top notch. All were very careful, covering up furniture, carpets etc. They were polite, answered all our questions and left the place tidy. Very happy with this company and have no reservations in recommending them. I will definitely use them again.
