The team led by Joe asked if they could start half a day early which was a good omen. Our old property presented some challenges which the team overcame brilliantly and my wife and I are delighted with the standard of workmanship and the cheerful and pleasant attitude of the team. TK Murray done a whole new central heating system for my mum on 20/11/25. From the off set this was a big job due to the previous system being so antiquated. We ran into a few issues initially in terms of pepping the house but Mark (the surveyor) bent over back wards to ensure things ran smoothly and put our mind at ease. I cannot recommend them enough - polite, professional and incredibly informative. They left everything immaculate. These people genuinely couldn’t have done more. We’re so grateful and would definitely recommend time and time again. Big thanks to everyone involved!

How do I know you’re properly qualified and certified to install heat pumps?
We are MCS‑certified and registered with an approved consumer protection/competent person scheme, which is essential for quality assurance and to access grants like the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS).
