The Heatsafe engineer was very knowledgable and helpful. He carried out maintenance of my boiler thoroughly and with no problems.
Annual service to three appliances (Boiler; Heat tank and Gas stove). Marco was effecient, tidy and courteous. Would definately use again, happy to reccommend.
Called Heatsafe to get AC installed, originally looking for 2x indoor + 1x outdoor unit but ended up getting 3 rooms done. Marco was patient throughout the entire process and worked with our best interests in mind Bit unfortunate timing with the recent bad weather and heavy rains causing delays but even in spite of that, once the parts were procured, the team were fast, friendly and efficient with getting everything set up in a timely manner 5/5 would recommend
Completed my job as promised - professionally, courteously & cleaned up fully. Would recommend to others too.
Very happy with the air con and care that everyone took in our home and how quickly they were able to get everything working for us!
