I was having some work done on my fireplace recently and I had to have my stove gas fire disconnected and then reconnected at a letter date Marco was very flexible with his timing when coming to do the job which really helped me. Unfortunately, the top of the fireplace also needed replacing which I had not budgeted for. Yesterday, Marco’s brothers came to put a new heat proof cement board up to replace the broken top of the fireplace and reconnected the fire. The brothers were very professional and thorough with their work and took their time when completing their safety checks. The job was completed and Marco returned to mine and charged me a very competitive rate and made sure I was very happy with the job and the price. My fire works perfectly.now. Thank you Marco and your brothers.

We recently had our boiler installed and the whole process was incredibly easy from start to finish. We arranged it through finance, which was quick and straightforward. The service we have just received from Heatsafe has been outstanding. When I first reported that our central heating was no longer working efficiently, Marco came and spent some time analysing the problem. A week later three of his team arrived as planned early one morning and spent the whole day with virtually no break updating the whole system as planned by Marco. Marco helped me very last minute with a leak issue on a Sunday, and I really appreciated his service and support. It was a very short turnaround to get the problems resolved, and he was a great communicator throughout.
