I had panels fitted two years ago and they have never worked. Thay made water come in when ever it rains and I have had to have my ceiling replaced and the room redecorate I am still trying to have this resolved. Do not use this company
Terrible company, communication is non existent. Installed solar panels on the roof 5 years ago. 7 months ago they sent 2 idiots to install a switch... in the wrong place. Have had my house scaffolded for 7 months, and simply refuse to remove it. A joke of a company, do not under any circumstances let this mob anywhere near your house. Well... a year and a half the scaffolding has been up outside my house now... 2 blokes turned up today... so let's see. Been in my house for around 8 hours now, no sign of anything being finished. Do not... use this company. Reviews don't lie. Overall they have 2.7 Not great eh...
Our experience working with Ecolution on heating and renewable projects was extremely disappointing. Throughout multiple jobs there were repeated issues with site access, preparation, scheduling and communication, which created significant delays and disruption to works already arranged and attended. Despite trying to work professionally and flexibly around these ongoing issues, resolving matters became increasingly difficult and communication deteriorated over time. As contractors working within the UK heat pump and HVAC industry, reliability, organisation and communication are critical — especially on renewable and retrofit projects involving multiple trades and tight schedules. Hopefully processes, contractor management and project coordination improve moving forward for the benefit of both engineers and customers.
