The installation was carried out professionally and efficiently, with explanations along the way.
Nathan did a great job carrying out a major boiler service which cleared a fault code too. Professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Louise in the office was very helpful, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you.
We use Therm Heat every year for our boiler and hot water cylinder services, and have just taken the plunge and had a new boiler fitted. I am always impressed with Therm Heat's reliability and professionalism - thank you for always providing us with a great service. And a particular thanks/shout out to Nathan who always does our services and fitted the new boiler! He is so reliable and knowledgeable in what he does.
A 40 year old gas boiler required replacement along with a new pump, new radiator valves & a power flush of the system. Therm Heat were very helpful & professional in providing a clear breakdown of the work required & its costs & notifying us of timings throughout the installation. The installation was carried out very competently (and tidily) by Nathan, who made sure that the system was fully tested & working & that we had all the relevant documentation before leaving. Overall we are very pleased with Therm Heat Ltd
The work was carried out on time, efficiently and thoroughly by their engineer Nathan. He also left the site in a very clean condition. Highly recommended
