Had a leak in the water cylinder so rang around trying to get someone that could do a same day visit. Spartan managed to do so, communication was great and the engineer solved the problem straight away explaining what he was doing. Very professional all round. Thank you.

Having located Spartan Mechanical ltd via Checkatrade with a request to fix a heating problem with my Airflow Heating system, they were quick to respond and emailed me within 48 hrs with an appointment to attend my home should i accept their service. Since communicating with Spartan i was kept informed of my appointment and even updated that their engineer could attend my home earlier than the appointed time if i was available, which i was. I found the engineer (Mark Thomas) to be very polite and professional and he fixed my problem quickly and efficiently. in addition, the engineer provided excellent advice with regards to my heating system which i found to be very helpful and informative. including the costs to rectify my heating problem, which i found to be reasonable, i consider that my dealings with the engineer and the company to be excellent and would highly recommend their services.
