Luke came to tidy cabling coming into the house, fitting a new consumer unit. The wiring is now much neater and no longer gives me the heebe jeebes. Before and after photos.
Had a new circuit run for a modern induction hob after they were recommended by a colleague at work. Required a new fusebox. Communication was on time and clear. Quote was accurate to final cost. I haven't yet had a hob wired into the new circuit but the electricians were polite and managed to run the circuit under the floorboards without trouble and even went as far as to replace a crumbling floorboard in the under the stairs cupboard. Only reason for the 4 star review is because they seem to have run the wires for the new fusebox in such a way that it prevents the old fusebox from being easily opened without forcing the new wires out of the way. Hopefully I can solve this by pinning the wires to the wall but it is quite annoying. I would still recommend Carter Electrical for any serious electrical work. Edit: Carter Electrical have since revisited and fixed this minor issue
