I highly recommend Integrated Energy for anyone considering solar power. The scaffolding and full install of 19 pnanels, invertor and battery took 1 week. There was no impact on my household during install. Tim, Charlie, Adam, Stephen and Jake were fantastic. From start to finish they were respectful, professional and friendly. Immaculate Communication: Integrated Energy kept me informed and updated at every stage of the project. Professional Contact: Every interaction with their team was helpful, polite, and completely reassuring. Top-Tier Install Quality: The physical installation is exceptionally neat, secure, and perfectly executed. High Standards: They refused to cut corners and strictly adhered to all of my operational requirements. I’ve been a customer of Jake at Integrated Energy since 2018. The first project he handled for us was the installation of a ground source heat pump during our farm renovation. Since then, he has installed solar panels on our barn and, most recently, a Tesla Powerwall battery expansion pack. Support from Jake has always been impeccable. He is consistently easy to contact, quick to respond, and goes far beyond what other companies offer. His engineering team has been equally impressive—polite, professional, and reliable. Karl, who leads the team, deserves special mention for his expertise and attitude. I would have no hesitation recommending Integrated Energy to anyone who needs their services. Pricing and lead times have always been very reasonable, and—most importantly—they have always turned up exactly when they said they would!
