I hope his plumbing is better then his driving he has no care for anyone driving around him.
1 whole star is far too much. They don't treat their customers well. They came to fix my boiler but didn't connect everything properly and it flooded my hallway, cupboard and bedroom. Floor ruined too. Took the manager weeks to respond and his indifference to the problem was amazing. Yes, friendly engineers but incompetent.
Jarrett's did the plumbing for our new build. They had not fitted the pipes under the sink adequately and the pipe popped off and water flooded our kitchen. We recently removed the bath panel to find a half eaten moldy sandwich thrown under the bath, it has been there 3 years! Plumbers are often coming to the estate, there are issues for a lot of people. Awful company. Please please do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.
This company is a joke ! Please give a wide birth at all cost
Poor customer care. Jarrett Plumbing installed the shower (ensuite) in my new property built by Barratt Homes. The first time using the shower, a metal clip at the top of the shower door came off and we reported the to Barratt. On the day they came to fix this, noone was home and I got a voicemail about one of their workers outside my house when I was at work miles away. When I called them about this, I spoke with a very abrupt receptionist who told me she had called me prior to the visit to arrange this appointment. I informed her that I had not had such a conversation with her and I told her she was being dishonest which she denied. She could not tell me when she called me and the whole telephone conversation was uncomfortable, lacked professionalism and the blame was placed on me. I informed her that we did not wish for them to visit again and ended the conversation. Very poor customer care and communication.
