We have used Jax Plumbing & Heating for years and recommend them every chance we get! Whether it’s their office staff or technicians, they are kind and professional always! If you cannot get heat in your home, they try to get someone out to you the same day! (Even if they have a full day booked.) Most recently, our thermostat dropped connection to our boiler. Sod’s Law it was the apex of an absolutely horrendous day. But their staff were so kind! They sent me a video on WhatsApp to get our thermostat and boiler reconnected! It worked perfectly! I cannot recommend them enough!

Jax were contracted to replace the gas boiler in our home in Acle. Danny the installer arrived bang on time with all the materials, and was friendly, cheerful and clearly very competent. Jack, who'd organised the job also visited on the same day and it was good to meet him. All in all I was really impressed with their service and I'll be recommending them to anyone who's looking for plumbing and heating engineers. Thanks lads, superb job!

Let our annual boiler inspection slip, so as we were going away for a while it needed to be sorted, rang JAX & they actually offered me a day for it to be done, 3 days after the call!, what a terrific service, I was expecting a month time slot at the least. Lewis came to do the work, prompt, polite & efficiently got to work. Happy customer, thanks JAX, 💯 would & will recommend. The system won’t let me do another review, so have to put it on this one. Had a new radiator to install, the connection pipes are not very accessible being in a small cupboard & I knew it wasn’t going to be easy. Matthew was the guy who tackled the install & without doubt, accomplished it with ease,, We are now looking forward to a further 2 exchange rads & have specifically asked for Matt. Arrived on time.
