Jax did all the work on our new build property which was a self build and required an experienced team with technical knowledge. George and all his team are really excellent. They care about the job in hand and go the extra mile to ensure that they give a really good service. They have also now taken over plumbing works for our holiday let and again, they have offered quick, efficient service to ensure guests are not waiting long for issues to be resolved. We have also been charged sensibly for the work undertaken and I’ve been very impressed to receive a job sheet reporting on what was done which is really helpful when you can’t be present for repairs! The business deserves to do well and I highly recommend it. Thank you again to all of your team who have helped us!

We always use Jax for plumbing work. This week Matty installed a verticle radiator in our hallway. He took great care, keep us informed as he carried out the work. We have found all members of the Jax team to be efficient, professional and friendly. First class company!

We recently had our bathroom completely renovated by Simon, and we couldn't be happier with the result. What started as a basic wet room with just a shower, toilet and sink has been transformed into a beautiful, modern bathroom that has exceeded all our expectations. This was far more than a straightforward bathroom installation. Simon had to completely rework the pipework, drainage, replace the external soil pipe, move radiator pipework, remove the old floor and install a brand-new level floor before even beginning the bathroom fit itself. Every stage of the project was completed to an exceptionally high standard. The attention to detail was incredible. The tiling is outstanding, and Simon went above and beyond to carefully line up the tile patterns so they flowed together perfectly, almost like putting together a giant jigsaw puzzle. The finished result looks fantastic and really shows the pride he takes in his work. What impressed us just as much was the way Simon worked throughout the project. He was always professional, tidy and considerate. Despite the scale of the work, he made sure we always had access to a usable toilet, kept the area safe at all times, and cleaned up thoroughly each day. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Every decision was discussed with us, from the initial planning right down to the smallest details, such as tile placement, mirror position and cabinet height. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and Simon was always happy to listen to our ideas and offer helpful advice. The quality of workmanship, attention to detail, reliability and customer care were all exceptional. We would not hesitate to recommend Simon to anyone looking for a bathroom renovation. A true professional who genuinely cares about delivering the best possible result. Five stars aren't enough – we are absolutely delighted with our new bathroom!
