James and his team were fantastic from the first visit right up until they left. The new system fitted meant there was a lot of work to get done, they worked three full days straight. Turning up when they said they would and not leaving until they were completely satisfied that the job was complete. They explained the process to us throughout and made sure we were left as informed as we could be but assuring us that they were on hand if we had any questions. He's also checked in to make sure all is working well in the days following. They were clean and tidy, respectful of our home and completely professional. I would recommend James and his team to anyone.

We first used JLD a few years ago when my elderly mother’s central heating broke down. James responded rapidly and, although he couldn’t get a replacement part until the following day, left my mother with several heaters overnight, completing repairs the following day. Since then he has done other repair work for her and recently installed a new combi boiler and replaced pipework. All was done very efficiently and quickly. We have been extremely pleased with his work and with his professional approach to the work required. He is reliable, efficient and trustworthy and I would recommend him highly.
