They were neat and tidy took all the rubbish away and even answered all of my husbands stupid questions, The roofing team and electricians were a credit to the company. We have been considering solar panels for sometime now and we spoke to James who explained the system to us. We then booked an appointment for a detailed visit from David Nash who is the owner and Managing Director. He visited us at home and there was no pressurised selling just a walk around showing us where the hardware would go and a fuller explanation of the solar panel system. He suggested that we didn’t get batteries at this stage but to wait to see what the figures showed us. We then shortly afterwards received a detailed quote which we were happy with so we decided to proceed. We had to pay a 50% deposit to continue and an installation date was fixed for 2 weeks in the future (15/7/25). The day arrived and 2 workman turned up in 2 vans at 9.45am both bearing logos of UK Eco energy Solutions. Whilst we were doing a walk around a further 3 vans all bearing Logos (and personalised number plates) arrived with a further 4 workers. From that moment on it was like a well oiled machine! Three workers were on the roof fitting the solar panels, one in the garage installing the inverter, one in the house connecting the inside equipment and the last fitting the outside wiring. Unfortunately I can’t remember all their names but they were all polite, informative and professional. The work was all completed in just over four hours and the equipment all appears to work perfectly well and is neat and good to look at. We have since had a follow up visit from James and a phone call from David Nash. We were impressed enough to have now ordered 2 batteries which will be installed next week. I apologise for the long winded review but we are completely happy with the service and equipment and I wanted to convey how efficient the whole process was. One satisfied customer.

A Superb service and an excellent team - we couldn't recommend them more highly. Having decided eventually to get a residential solar panel installation, we tried to avoid companies with pushy salesmen. we found Uk Eco Energy Solutions in Lincoln and asked them for a chat and a quote. We worked out some initial proposals via phone due to lockdown and then had a visit by Chris and later the MD David. The team were happy to adjust to our needs and look at various options and we settled on a nice discrete 6kw two roof layout with inverter and 5kw battery which was all competitively priced and excellent quality. Within a week of giving the team the go ahead the installation was in progress including scaffolding and completed in 2 days. The onsite crew and scaffolders were all professional and friendly. and were happy to answer any questions we had. I would also like to thank Louise in the office who always sounded cheerful and responded quickly to our queries and emails.
