Same experience as another reviewer on here, I asked for a quote. The survey was done extremely quick on my flat in Lochgilphead. I have chased endlessly for the report/quote and have been told someone will call me back or I should have it by Friday (that was 3 months ago). I received endless reasons why I had not received my quote, I did question if I was going to ever see it and was assured it would be done. Hence why I have chased and waited. The one star is for the phone being answered at least! Extremely poor service from the Small Works Team.

One star for the heat pump engineer who came out last year, he was competent (although extortionate compared to others we have used - over £320 for an hour or two of light work). My low rating is because we asked for quotes for multiple works at our house a number of months ago, we have been relentlessly following this up and each time we were told it was going to be addressed the same week. We have still heard absolutely nothing and I suspect we will never get these quotes back. If they didn't want the work they should just be upfront instead of us being strung along for months for no reason. Very disappointing.
